軟木瑜珈墊 — 防滑天然軟木 & TPE，5mm厚

The cork surface actually grips better the more I sweat, and the 5mm thickness is perfect for cushioning my knees in low lunges without feeling too bulky. This is a solid mat for daily practice.

I was skeptical about cork feeling slippery, but my hands stay put even when I'm sweating through a vinyasa flow. The 72-inch length gives me room to stretch out fully, which my old mat never did.

The 5mm thickness is just right for my knees on hard floors, and the cork top has held up well through three weeks of daily vinyasa. Only gripe is that the TPE backing slides a tiny bit on my wood floor during the first minute of practice, but it settles once I'm warmed up.
